Dr. Sanket Vyas is a co-founder and the Chief Medical Officer of Nurocoach. He is triple board certified in adult, child, and forensic psychiatry. He is a permanent faculty member at Tulane University and has a strong commitment to managing prescription drugs responsibly. Dr. Vyas believes in providing integrated non-drug treatments, along with counseling, to improve the quality of life of his patients. Dr. Vyas received his medical degree and completed his residency in psychiatry at Louisiana State University.
Alex established Nurocoach after 20+ years in management consulting and 10+ years as an active investor and operator in healthcare services. He’s passionate about leveraging telehealth technology to increase Access to Mental Health Care for all Americans. As an integrated psychiatric practice, Nurocoach educates patients on non-pharmaceutical solutions to wellness, such as sleep hygiene, nutritional coaching, talk therapy, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

Dr. Garic Grisbaum is Nurocoach's Medical Director, specializing in addiction management. He is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with expertise in conservative medication and dosage management. Dr. Grisbaum is passionate about limiting the risk of addiction in his patients by using medications that are supported by ongoing counseling. He earned his medical degree at Louisiana State School of Medicine.
